Somatic work focuses on the body and nervous system. Rather than just talking about change, we work with physical sensations, emotional responses, gentle movement, and relieving stress patterns held in the body. This allows change to happen at the level where habits, reactions, and money behaviors are actually formed.
No. Many clients earn well and appear financially successful. Money challenges are often driven by stress responses and survival patterns in the nervous system—not a lack of success, discipline, or skill. Perhaps you have plenty of money and manage it well, but have anxiety about spending it.
No experience is needed. You don’t need to know how to “do” somatic work. Everything is guided, accessible, and paced to support safety and capacity.
This work doesn’t focus on spreadsheets, budgets, or financial strategy. We work with the nervous system patterns underneath money behaviors so practical tools become usable and sustainable. Many clients already know what to do—this work helps them finally do it with ease.
Somatic change happens through repetition, safety, and continuity. Packages provide the consistency needed for nervous system patterns to shift in a sustainable way, rather than relying on one-off sessions.
Because this is a relational, time-based container, refunds are not typically offered. We’ll ensure the structure feels aligned before starting.
